Message	the '97+ tranny from Japan is. If you buy a new transmission, or new parts for your transmission, the part numbers are superceded so you get '97+ spec parts. Also, I'm running Redline Heavy Shockproof in my tranny now... a vast improvement over MTL/MT-90. I can actually shift from 4th to 5th with more confidence instead of granny shifting it.
